She will share with you how social media can be used to market and promote your venue effectively in order to reach existing and new customers.

This session will discuss the physical and psychological drivers that prompt participation and develop an ongoing relationship with your patrons. It introduces techniques to re-engage your patrons, what makes a good gaming environment ‘great’ and how do you stimulate venue loyalty.

Dr Rob Hall has had a long academic career in which he was co-founder of the Architectural Psychology Research Unit at the University of Sydney, and has been a visiting scholar at the University California. He has held teaching positions in psychology and marketing at a number of Australian universities including Macquarie University and The University of New South Wales.

Session 4: Food & Beverage – what’s hot, what’s not?
